Sadly, WP sites can also be a royal pain when it comes to flipping. You've got to bundle up the database and whatnot, and while it usually goes smoothly, sometimes it doesn't. Ouch.
Here's what I've been using lately to build my sites.
The sites are straight HTML, and you build them out in your browser, so you can work on them anywhere. Oh -- and you can install them in less than a minute.
Once you've sold the site, you just zip it up, and send it to your buyer.
